Hazrat
Shahjalal International Airport provides free Help Desk services
for international passengers in both the Arrival and Departure
areas. These Help Desks assist passengers by providing accurate information and
guidance, helping them overcome difficulties arising from a lack of proper
information.
To ensure efficient passenger support, two
Help Desks have been established in the International Arrival
area and three Help Desks in the International
Departure area. The Help Desks provide a wide range of information and
assistance to passengers and remain operational 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week.
