If a passenger finds their luggage torn, cut, damaged, or broken, they should raise a complaint with detail of the lost luggage, personal information and flight details to the concerned airline or Biman Bangladesh Airline "Lost and Found section", guided by the help desk at HSIA. Upon receipt of the luggage, Biman Bangladesh Airlines or the concerned airlines will deliver the luggage to the address provided by the passenger, subject to identification.
