Airlines Check-in Guidance

Passengers are required to present check-in counter at least four hours before their flight departure time. Check-in can be done online, at the airport check-in counter.

Baggage Related Guidance

Cabin/Hand luggage: International passengers can generally carry one piece of hand luggage weighing a maximum of 7kg into the aircraft cabin. Even if a passenger carries a laptop along with a bag and makes purchases at duty free shops, the total weight of his hand luggage cannot exceed 7kg.

If the size of hand luggage is usually larger than 20" X 15" X 10", the airline staff will prevent it from entering the aircraft and instruct passenger to give it as a booking.

Passengers can carry gold ornaments, cash, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, valuables, negotiable instruments, emergency documents, emergency medicine in hand luggage. But knife, scissors, needle, match, lighter, 100 ml. Liquids in excess of this amount, any items that cause annoyance to passengers and crew or compromises security are prohibited in hand luggage.

Passengers are not allowed to be carried more than 100 ml of liquids in hand luggage. It does not have the opportunity to carry more than 100 ml of water. Food and water are provided in the aircraft according to the passenger's demand.

Shampoos, hair gels, lotions, perfumes, petroleum jelly, creams, sprays, nail polish are all considered liquids and none of them more than 100 ml. is not allowed in hand luggage.


Booking Baggage: Baggage larger than 20" X 15" X 10" and smaller than or equal to 27" X 11" X 14" is considered as Booking Baggage.

Airlines usually allow a passenger to book one or two pieces of luggage at no extra charge.
Jewellery, mobile phone or tab, cash and valuables are prohibited in the booking luggage. These things must be kept in hand luggage. Airlines do not take responsibility if such items are lost from the booking baggage. Any device that uses lithium batteries including power banks, cannot be carried in the booking baggage.

Any liquids marked as flammable in the booking baggage or kept in a pressurized container such as: saving foam, spray perfume, rubbing alcohol etc. More than 500ml are prohibited to be carried in the booking baggage. 

Baggage: Passengers are allowed to bring one carry-on bag and one checked bag. Carry-on bags must fit under the seat in front of you, and checked bags must not exceed the weight and size limits set by the airline.

Boarding: Passengers will be called to board their flight by the gate agent. Passengers should be seated in their assigned seats before the flight takes off.

In-flight: Passengers are free to relax, sleep, or watch movies during the flight. Passengers are also allowed to use their electronic devices, but they must be in airplane mode.

Arrival: Passengers will arrive at their destination airport. Passengers will need to collect their luggage and go through customs.
