a. Picking up departure passengers from the departure entry gate and for arrival passengers after completing their immigration.

b. Escorting passengers to their check-in counter.

c. Assisting passengers with their luggage.

d. Providing guidance on airport procedures.

e. The Meet and Greet team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
